How does my order ship?

Your order will ship via either USPS, UPS, or FedEx ground with a tracking number. You will be notified of your tracking number by email after your order ships.

Orders usually ship within 2 business days and can be expected to arrive within 7-10 working days from date of order.

What is your return policy?

If you have a return, please contact Students & Company at 512-769-3902 or email us at Customerservice@StudentsandCompany.com prior to returning any merchandise. Any product still new and unused, in the original packaging, and with the tags still attached may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. You will be responsible for return shipping, and original shipping fees will not be refunded. There will be a $5.00 restocking fee for any returned merchandise. Return product to the address below:

What if my product arrives damaged or if there is an error with my order?

For any damaged shipments or errors, first contact us at Customerservice@StudentsandCompany.com. After contacting us, if approved, you may ship your damaged merchandise or incorrect order in the original packaging to the above address. You will be reimbursed for the shipping charge.

What's your privacy policy?

When you purchase from us, your personal information will not be re-sold and is kept in the strictest confidence with us at Students and Company.

Our online shopping system uses PayPal to process your orders. PayPal has a very established policy of security  which reads as follows:
